This form is for any individual requesting documentation from Weslaco EDC business affairs. The Weslaco EDC has ten (10) business days from the date received to submit the requested documentation.
As a service to the community, there will be no charge for copies up to ten (10) pages; however, there will be an hourly fee for set-up requests.
A public information request must be in writing. A governmental body is not required to answer questions, perform legal research, or create new information in response to your request.
Provide as much information as possible — name, address, date range, and specific subject matter allow departments to complete your request more efficiently.
