Lottery System
Over 600+ vendors apply, but we can only accept about 135 per month. Vendors are selected through a lottery system by category.
Vendor Categories
From food and crafts to services and informational booths — there’s a spot for everyone. Weslaco-based businesses are prioritized but not guaranteed selection.

Selected vendors are notified and given 48 hours to pay.

Returning vendors must upload new product photos (excluding season sponsors/food).
3-Like-Item Rule
We limit vendors selling similar items to keep things fresh.
Themes May Affect Categories
Monthly themes can shake up the vendor mix!
Special Notes
- Fundraising groups must call the EDCW office before applying.
- Incomplete or inactive accounts may be removed at season’s end.
- Applying does not guarantee a spot — but your chances improve with a complete and timely application!
